Saha has worked as an Area Cleaner, in Environmental Services, at Baptist Health in Louisville, KY for over 13 years. She is an exemplary employee, who is always hard-working, conscientious and detail oriented. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Saha was assigned to clean on of the facility’s Covid units at the beginning of the Pandemic and she willingly volunteered to stay on this unit. At the peak of the pandemic, this unit housed 20 patients, Saha’s workload nearly doubled, due to the large amounts of trash generated by extra PPE required to handle COVID patients. Saha also always maintained the unit’s high level of cleanliness. From late February 2020 through early summer 2021, Saha didn’t miss one day of work. Saha went above and beyond to support all patients and staff, and she became an integral part of the nursing unit.
