Rosalina started at Children’s Mercy in August of 2016. She has a positive impact on everyone she encounters. Rosalina was recently recognized by 17 co-workers from Genetics, Rheumatology and Nephrology, all of whom praised her for proficiency at her job, attention to detail (even to the point of helping keep plants alive in offices as staff members work more from home), positive attitude, warm, friendly demeanor, constant smile and friendly engagement with fellow employees as she does her work. Laura Cross, Genetics, said, “Rosalina excels at her role as an Environmental Services technician. Our entire floor is spotless in the POB. Her kind and caring demeanor is so appreciated, and we work better as a team with her support in the POB.” Maria Ibarra, MD, Rheumatology, added, “Rosalina has a very special place in my heart. She keeps our office very clean and also pays attention to every detail to keep our offices very organized.”
