Lamont is the backbone of the second shift floor care team for Froedtert Hospital. His knowledge of floor care operations is vital to the mission and values of Froedtert. During the pandemic, Lamont was assigned to take care of the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), where he received praise from all the nursing staff and leadership for his can-do attitude and his willingness to go the extra mile. Additionally, because of his performance, he has received more than 40 internal All-Star, Super Star, and Spark awards which is more than any team member in his department. Lamont is a true healthcare hero.
